Lewis Katz

CEO of Blackboard Advisors

Lewis Katz is the CEO of Blackboard Advisors, a consulting and advisory firm he founded in 2012, and is the CEO of Disruptor Global Ventures, a venture investment and business development firm. Previously he was the CEO and Head of Asset Management for Lombard Odier Asset Management U.S. where he built the Alternatives business and ran U.S. Asset Management with over $40 billion in assets. He was also the head of the management committee, head of the business strategy committee and a senior member of the executive committee. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Equities and Head of Trading at Dillon Read Capital Management and held similar roles at other hedge fund and asset management firms. He serves as a principal investor in a new york based venture capital firm. He is on the Board of Say Yes to Education, Jacob’s Cure and is actively involved with the Lupus Foundation, RobinHood and Hedge Funds Care. Mr. Katz was a Dean’s List recipient of a B.S. in Criminal Justice Pre-Law with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University.

Neil Goldberg is President/CEO Raymour & Flanigan Furniture & Holdings. He graduated from Syracuse University School of Management in 1975 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Jane Toll worked for many years as a teacher and then as a custom home builder. She funded, ran and lived a program to support 60 inner city kids from third grade through college.

Sol H. Pelavin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Institutes for Research.
