Say Yes 2026 Post-Summer Program

The Say Yes 2026 Post-Summer Program employs a multifaceted approach to supporting college students who are Say Yes eligible through one of two gateway courses offered by Onondaga Community College (OCC). Any Say Yes student can take up to 7 credits and enroll in ENG103-Critical Writing 1, ENG104-Critical Writing & Lit 2, MAT114-Intermediate Algebra/ Apps, MAT143-Pre-Calculus with Trig, and/or MAT161-Calculus 1 for FREE. You are invited to sign up for this five-week course schedule to take place during Summer Session I, from June 1 to July 7, 2026. The math courses include mandatory tutorial support that will be offered during the mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday.
If you are selected to participate, your tuition and fees and books for the courses will be fully paid. However, the Program allows only 3 emergency absences,
Please keep in mind that there is limited space available; eligible individuals will be selected to participate on a first-come, first-serve basis. The program coordinator, Mr. Shayne Turo, will contact you to inform you of the status of your application before or on Monday, May 25, 2026, the deadline date for applying.
