Say Yes Syracuse works to ensure that every Say Yes Syracuse student reaches their academic potential by eliminating predictable barriers to academic achievement. See below to learn about the positive outcomes of our efforts.
Since 2009, 6,256 Say Yes Syracuse scholars have enrolled in 2-and 4-year colleges and universities after high school graduation.
A total of $14.8 million Say Yes scholarship funds have been distributed to put towards the cost of students’ higher education.
33% of the overall SCSD Class of 2022 continued on to their second year of college, whereas 75% of Say Yes Scholars did.
43% of the SCSD Class of 2023 completed a Say Yes application.
The SCSD graduation rate increased by 53% over the past 13 years from 45% in 2010 to 69% in 2023.
