Daniel Lewis

Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Portfolio Manager - Orange Capital

Prior to co-founding Orange Capital, Mr. Lewis spent 9 years at Citigroup where he was a Director in Citigroup’s Global Special Situations, a $5bn proprietary investment group specializing in distressed debt, high yield bonds and value equity. Mr. Lewis has substantial expertise investing in credit and equity markets, including financial restructuring, creditor committee participation, origination and funding of senior secured loans, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lewis had direct investment experience in U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America, where he invested in a broad range of industries. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University (1996).

George A. Weiss is the chairman of Say Yes To Education, Inc., a national non-profit foundation committed to opening access to post-secondary education for high poverty youth.

Neil Goldberg is President/CEO Raymour & Flanigan Furniture & Holdings. He graduated from Syracuse University School of Management in 1975 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Jane Toll worked for many years as a teacher and then as a custom home builder. She funded, ran and lived a program to support 60 inner city kids from third grade through college.

Sol H. Pelavin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Institutes for Research.
